Areas of specialty include end-to-end Azure and Office 365 services, Microsoft Enterprise Infrastructure and Managed IT Services.

In support of team and client growth, we’re seeking a highly experienced SCCM Support person to deliver on a wide range of client environments. You’ll be joining a downtown based support team, offering lots of training, cross team collaboration and direct colleague support.

Roles overview:

  • Functioning in a support and administrative capacity across multiple remote client accounts
  • Assisting senior staff members in project delivery, administration and escalation issues.
  • Supporting client environments in both planned and unplanned situations

Responsibilities include:

  • End user support – Tickets for issues related to SCCM and Windows Servicing, Updates ect.
  • Server Support – Tickets and issues related to SCCM and Windows Updates
  • Reporting and Health Checks
  • SCCM Server Management and Health
  • SCCM Patch Management
  • SCCM Service Advancement
  • Imaging, Drivers, Packaging etc.)
  • Documentation of SCCM and Services


Desired Skills and Experience

  • SCCM troubleshooting, administration patching and configuration
  • Server Management
  • Networking (firewalls, reverse proxy, routers)
  • Network Backup Strategies and Technologies
  • Security Strategies and Technologies
  • Anti-virus and Anti-spam Strategies and Technologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and IT industry support and maintenance best practices
