Our Managed Services team at Softlanding is looking to hire a highly experienced Support Consultant to deliver on a range of business solutions across our client landscape. We specialize in areas such as Azure, EMS/ OMS, Office365, Teams, and Systems Management. Our target consultant is a Microsoft-centric professional who enjoys engaging in a variety of end to end projects.

Role responsibilities:

  • Working as a Service Delivery resource within a team of consultants under the direction of the technical lead and Service Delivery Manager
  • Handle higher tier escalations from junior team members
  • Triage escalations as needed, hand off appropriate issues to PS team.


Skills and experience include:

  • Good working knowledge of the configuration, management, and support of Microsoft infrastructure technologies: Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure.
  • Good working knowledge of the configuration, management, and support of core infrastructure technologies, including: Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), Networking, Storage and Backup
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent Interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Well-developed business focused analytical skills
