As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its impact continues to evolve, Softlanding remains focused on the health and safety of our employees and our communities, as well as our commitment to our clients and business partners.
We are closely monitoring the news, following recommendations from the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and adapting as new information is made available. We have taken appropriate steps in response to this crisis to protect our employees while working to maintain the systems necessary to ensure continued support of our clients. Our Managed Services and Professional Services teams are 100% secure and fully operational.
As part of our commitment to flatten the curve, Softlanding has taken these actions to keep our teams safe and productive while ensuring we do our part to limit the spread of the virus:
- All business travel has been put on hold
- Company events have been either postponed or revised from in-person gatherings to online meetings
- Remote work protocols have been put in place so that all our employees are able to work from home. For many of our employees, working from home is routine, and for the others, the transition has been smooth
- Provide ongoing service and support to ensure business continuity for our customers
- Leadership team meets daily to assess the evolving situation to make any necessary adjustments.
- Conduct daily team huddles
- Closely monitor all regulatory agencies to ensure we continue to provide the most accurate and compliant risk management services.
We will be proactively communicating any changes as the crisis continues to evolve.
