Softlanding Takes Home Multiple Awards at CDN’s 2018 Channel Innovation Awards

VANCOUVER,  BC, September 19, 2018 – Softlanding is proud to announce that our team has won two awards at CDN’s 2018 Channel Innovation Awards – Top Enterprise Solution Gold and Top SMB Solution Diamond.

The inaugural CDN Channel Innovation Awards held in Vaughan, Ontario on September 19th, 2018 recognized over 20 organizations across Canada for projects ranging from unique systems developed to protect Canadian digital history to the use of artificial intelligence to meet the needs of a busy homeless shelter/ drop-in centre in Calgary.

Softlanding is one amongst other multiple-award winners taking home two awards, Top Enterprise Solution Gold and Top SMB Solution Diamond. Both awards honour a solution provider that has created the most innovative and problem-solving hardware, networking, mobile, cloud, big data or software-defined solutions. Softlanding is proud to be awarded Top Solution for both enterprise organizations (500 or more users) and small and medium-sized organizations (101 to 250 users) with their work within the Western Canadian community.

Having demonstrated innovation for some of Western Canada’s largest energy and resource companies, Softlanding has developed a proven cloud-strategic migration and security solution coupled with white-gloved managed services, branded under Azure ROI and Office 365 ROI.  For enterprise-sized companies like Capstone Mining and West Coast Reduction, and small-to-medium sized companies like Tides Canda, the cloud and its sustainment services provided by Softlanding have been able to drive innovative impact across all business functions.

“As more companies embrace cloud and see opportunities with emerging technologies like data analytics and artificial intelligence, the channel is changing,” says Fawn Annan, President of ITWC, the company producing the event through its CDN digital publishing arm. “Tonight we saw an impressive variety of younger, innovative companies staking out their spot in the tech landscape.”

Congratulations to all 20 organizations across Canada who were recognized for the creation of solutions and services that provide their partners and channel customers with unique value propositions.  For more information on CDN’s Channel Innovation Award and to see the complete list of winners, visit CDN’s website.

About CDN Channel Innovation Awards

The Channel Innovation Awards (CIA) are an opportunity for everyone to come together to celebrate the achievements of IT solution providers in the channel — for their creation of inspired products and services that help their customers thrive.

Computer Dealer News (CDN) invites channel players from across Canada to submit nominations for 15 awards in five categories: B2B, B2C, B2Government, B2Employee, and Channel Leadership.

Built on the foundation of the hugely popular Channel Elite Awards program retired in 2017, the CIA showcases the amazing work done by a broader cross-section of new technology leaders serving the channel,  including MSPs, ISVs, VARs, professional services, consulting partners, born-in-the-cloud firms and a vast range of secondary sellers.
